Due to the weekends being very busy, emails sent Friday-Sunday will
not be responded to until the following week.
When inquiring/placing an order, please include the following
information: Quantity, Theme/Colors/Décor/Design (Please include
photo's if possible), Flavors, Event Type and Event Date. This will
help speed up all inquires.
TERMS, CONDITIONS and ORDERING POLICIES:
* We ask that ALL orders be placed a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance;
however, orders can be placed up to 8 months in advance with a paid
deposit.
* ALL payments/deposit invoices must be paid within 24 hours to
confirm and hold your event date.
Once your invoice (deposit included) has been paid, you are agreeing
and entering into a binding contract with all of Indigo Sugars’
Terms and Conditions.
* ALL orders placed less than 2 weeks of the event date will be
charged a "Rush Order" fee starting at $15.00 and must be paid in full
within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.
***Orders placed more than 2 weeks in advance, that total $100 or more
are eligible to pay a 50% Non- Refundable/Transferable deposit or be
paid in full within 24 hours of placing the order and the remaining
balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. If the balance is NOT
paid 2 weeks prior to your event date, your order will be canceled.
ALL Payments/Deposits are accepted through Website/PayPal only (service fees
apply to ALL orders).
***Any invoice cancelled due to non-payment, will NOT be resent.***
All deliveries will be charged a minimum of $10 depending on location.
We do not set-up treat tables.
A $10 late fee will be charged for late pick-ups after 30 minutes
(Late fee must be paid prior to pickup time being rescheduled).
The requested event date (date on your invoice) is the ONLY date your
order will be ready and available.
***Once a deposit/payment has been made, the date, theme and or treat
selections can not be changed.***
Indigo Sugar provides treats ONLY! Decorative items seen in
photos are used as props and are not available to rent or to
purchase.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Liability: Once purchased orders have been received
(picked-up/delivered), Indigo Sugar is no longer responsible
(Treats are heat sensitive).
Indigo Sugar has the right to refuse services at anytime!
FOOD ALLERGY WARNING: Treats prepared may contain wheat, eggs, soy,
nuts or dairy products.
Any treats that have “Glitter/Bling decorations” are considered NON-TOXIC;
however, should NOT be consumed and are for decorative purposes
ONLY! Please remove prior to consuming!
